I have known about this product for some time, but really have not used it until recently. Do you ever need to share files with someone or need to keep files in one place where you or others can work on them and not have a million versions? Dropbox is a free service that allows you to put files in a folder and then share that folder with others. Using this to work with virtual assistants, co-workers, team members, committee members, etc. will save time, frustration and sanity. Try it out and let me know if it works for you..
