Lose the fear of delegating. Many people feel the overwhelming urge to control every bit of a project. When you have access to co-workers who can assist you, utilize them by delegating as much as possible. The end results will mean more deadlines met, a higher level of work quality, and also the most important benefit of generating a sense of shared accomplishment through teamwork. Release everything that your not the best at, you hate doing, that is trivial, unnecessary or relatively unimportant. All in all delegate anything other than what you do best.
