Turn off your technology during your high-energy time. Pinpoint the time of day when you are at your freshest and remove all distractions! Turn off the technology for 45 – 90 minutes and focus on what really matters. Put your phone on silent, or (if you’re one of those constant smartphone-checkers) leave it in the other room if you have to! Let the messages go to voicemail and check them after the allotted time. Don’t open up your emails, either. You will be amazed at how much you get done.
